As an enthusiastic boat owner, I was thrilled recently to have the opportunity to examine the new 2023 Sailfish Boat Center Console Series 290CC 2023. This impressive model, confidently presented by Sailfish Boats, raised my expectations and excitement with its comprehensive list of deluxe offerings, outstanding performance, and sustainable design. Definitely a worthy mention in the fiberglass fish category - one of my personal favourites.
Instantly noticeable on this boat is the integration of Carbon Fiber and Kevlar into the deck and hull. As any sea lover knows, both materials are known for their superior strength and lightweight characteristic - bringing the assurance of durability and performance. On reassured footing, with the exclusive Dot Matrix Non-Skid Flooring, the boat is not just about performance, but about safety too.
The Boat's innovative design features an exclusive Variable Deadrise Stepped (VDS) Hull. This guarantees an incredibly smooth and dry ride, no matter the sea conditions. On the technical front, backings have been provided for Radar and VHF Mounts in the Hard Top. From a convenience view, the boat introduces easy access to console wire with two door access, a feature anticipated by every boat enthusiast.
Clearly, Sailfish Boats has not compromised on luxury either. The Standards list includes a luxurious Electric Marine Head, complete with Overboard Discharge and Deck Pump Out Fitting. But, Sailfish step up the game with the addition of a lockable head door, a sink with Faucet/Pull-Out shower, SeaDek Flooring, and a mirror- adding a touch of comfort on the waters. When our family wanted to purchase our first boat we tried to find information for research. However the only information available at that time was sales brochures. All of the product information originated from the manufactures. The only price we could find was the retail price listings or MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Magazines featured articles, and had really great photo layouts, it only offered product description and the (MSRP) retail price.
We went to the dealership where the sales guy held all the cards. The best thing he had going for him was our lack of information. We tried to wrangle on price without any real success. We bought the boat, but we paid too much. After that experience we felt there had to be a better way.
So we started this website because we did not want anyone else to feel disadvantaged like our family did that day. We discussed what we would like to see. The highest price you could pay. The sales person will try to see what you know and size you up. As it turns out – this information has not put anyone out of business. A consumer who is knowledgeable is confident buyer.
