Manufactured by the well-renowned Grand Design RV, this Fifth Wheel truly represents a paradigm shift in comfort, style, and functionality. Through this review, it is my intent to give you an overview of what you can expect from this dazzling addition to the Reflection 150 Series stable.
My first impression of the 226RK 2022 model is that it is truly a testament to Grand Design RV's years of experience in the industry and their dedication to bringing comfort, convenience, and innovation to their products. The extensive list of features on this vehicle is impressive, to say the least, kicking off with an aerodynamic front cap with a max turn radius and a marine-grade LED hitch light for improved nighttime visibility. The model boasts a battery kill switch in the pass-thru storage area and offers an impressive 90-degree turning point, making it an excellent and convenient choice for large families and long trips.
In terms of construction, the RV has been designed with prime focus on durability and comfort. With gel-coated exterior sidewalls, residential 5-inch truss rafters at 16-inch intervals, it is built to stand the test of time. The addition of walk-on roof decking, residential wood-framed roof (R-40*), and a fiberglass and radiant foil roof with front cap insulation, creates a solid, reliable structure that can withstand all kinds of weather conditions. Further, the one-piece TPO roof membrane comes with an 18-Year Warranty, providing peace of mind for the buyer.

When our family wanted to purchase our first boat we tried to find information for research. However the only information available at that time was sales brochures. All of the product information originated from the manufactures. The only price we could find was the retail price listings or MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Magazines featured articles, and had really great photo layouts, it only offered product description and the (MSRP) retail price.
We went to the dealership where the sales guy held all the cards. The best thing he had going for him was our lack of information. We tried to wrangle on price without any real success. We bought the boat, but we paid too much. After that experience we felt there had to be a better way.
