Review: The 2023 Alpine Fifth Wheels 3102RL by Keystone RV
As a vigorous outdoors enthusiast, I've experienced my fair share of recreational vehicles. Recently, the 2023 Alpine Fifth Wheels 3102RL by Keystone RV caught my attention, and I must admit, it exceeded expectations.
The first standout feature is the Alpine Fifth Wheels 3102RL's robust exterior. Built on a 12" I-beam frame coated with 100" wide-body construction, it provides incredible structural integrity. The Road Armor shock-absorbing hitch pin and laminated sidewalls with double-welded aluminum construction ensure durability, even in the toughest terrains. The impressive safety and stability of this RV are further enhanced by the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Suspension and heavy-duty G-rated Tires with a 6-year warranty.
The luxurious interior boasts designer floors throughout, hardwood slideout fascia with wood accent, and stunning solid wood cabinet doors. Not to mention, it comes equipped with Thomas Payne furniture augmented with heat, massage, LED lights, and USB charging stations for the theatre seats. House-like comfort on the road!
The gourmet in me was truly delighted by the kitchen. It features solid surface countertops, a high-rise single-lever faucet with sprayer, and Insignia kitchen appliances, making this RV kitchen a chef’s dream. The gas/electric refrigerator, convection oven/microwave and on-demand water heater further enhances your cooking and dining experiences while camping.
The Alpine Fifth Wheel also promises serene and undisturbed sleep with king-size beds fitted with LED overhead reading lights and bedside outlets on both sides of the bed. Top this with a TV-ready bedroom, and you have the ideal retreat after rigorous outdoor activities.
The bathroom comes equipped with a translucent glass shower enclosure that includes a massaging shower head and a skylight. A porcelain foot-flush toilet, spacious medicine cabinet, and cozy linen cabinet only make the deal sweeter.
The highlight is the high-capacity utilities. With 54 gallons of freshwater, 83 gallons of gray water, and 49 gallons of waste water capacity, you're sorted even for extended camping trips. When our family wanted to purchase our first boat we tried to find information for research. However the only information available at that time was sales brochures. All of the product information originated from the manufactures. The only price we could find was the retail price listings or MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Magazines featured articles, and had really great photo layouts, it only offered product description and the (MSRP) retail price.
We went to the dealership where the sales guy held all the cards. The best thing he had going for him was our lack of information. We tried to wrangle on price without any real success. We bought the boat, but we paid too much. After that experience we felt there had to be a better way.
So we started this website because we did not want anyone else to feel disadvantaged like our family did that day. We discussed what we would like to see. We started with boats and realized that there was a great need for information on many kinds of large purchase recreational vehicles and products.
Look when you visit a dealership for a boat, motorcycle or camper, if you have not done your research your negotiation for that item will start with the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The highest price you could pay. The sales person will try to see what you know and size you up. If you do not have product knowledge including what the cost was to the dealer – you are going to pay too much.

They said we would put them out of business. We were sued multiple times by manufacturers for this information. We are still here.
Why would they not want you to be able to see and use this information? They were afraid that you the consumer would be the true winner.
As it turns out – this information has not put anyone out of business. A consumer who is knowledgeable is confident buyer.
