The 2022 Jay Feather Series Travel Trailer 22RB by Jayco RV is an epitome of the ultimate comfort and luxury for road-trippers and adventurers. Boasting of fantastic exterior features along with a user-friendly and luxurious interior design, this is a travel trailer that impeccably combines travel comfort with style.
Slick Exterior Design
One noticeable thing about the 2022 Jay Feather Trailer is its aerodynamic rounded front profile coupled with a diamond plate. Not only does this add a sleek, modern look to the trailer, but it also promotes better fuel efficiency on the road. The graphics package with dual-coloured sidewall adds an aesthetic twist to the external design. Its laminated sidewalls which include the slideout room walls and Azdel laminated interior and exterior walls further add to its sturdy built.
Packed with features like an American-made frame with an integrated A-frame, dual axles, and a Magnum Truss Roof System, this travel trailer is meant for long trips. Complete with a 30-amp service, an exterior TV bracket with 120V electric and cable outlets, and marine-grade exterior speakers, this travel trailer promises entertainment even in remote locations. The exterior camp kitchen and grill propane quick-connect port are great for outdoor cooking and grilling experience.
A Lavish Interior Experience
The interior design of the trailer is highly impressive. You can choose from the two offered design packages - Modern Farmhouse or Vintage Washed Grey. For an improved atmosphere, the trailer includes LED lighting throughout, allowing one to adjust the brightness as per preference. The residential vinyl flooring with cold crack resistance adds to the trailer's longevity.
The trailer also guarantees a wonderful kitchen experience, thanks to a residential oven with a 3-burner recessed cooktop and a microwave. Plus, the 6 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator and the residential-style kitchen countertops are perfect for prepping meals on the go.
The bed mats are “soft-touch” residential-style that assure a good sleep after a tiring day. There are also 4'-high density dinette cushions with vinyl backing and a seamless ply bed base that is designed to maximize comfort.
Travel Trailer Technicalities
The trailers has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating(GVWR) of 6,750 lbs and an unloaded vehicle weight(UVW) of 5,655lbs. The trailer is 10' 1" high and 8' 0" wide with an awning length of 16'. It has a fresh water capacity of 42 gallons, gray tank capacity of 30.5 gallons, and a black tank capacity of 22.5 gallons. With a propane capacity of 40 lbs and water heater facility, this model is ideal for extended trips. Though compact, its design ensures a comforting sleeping capacity for 2 to 3 people.

When our family wanted to purchase our first boat we tried to find information for research. However the only information available at that time was sales brochures. All of the product information originated from the manufactures. The only price we could find was the retail price listings or MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Magazines featured articles, and had really great photo layouts, it only offered product description and the (MSRP) retail price.
We went to the dealership where the sales guy held all the cards. The best thing he had going for him was our lack of information. We tried to wrangle on price without any real success. We bought the boat, but we paid too much. After that experience we felt there had to be a better way.
So we started this website because we did not want anyone else to feel disadvantaged like our family did that day. We discussed what we would like to see. We started with boats and realized that there was a great need for information on many kinds of large purchase recreational vehicles and products.
Look when you visit a dealership for a boat, motorcycle or camper, if you have not done your research your negotiation for that item will start with the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The highest price you could pay. The sales person will try to see what you know and size you up. If you do not have product knowledge including what the cost was to the dealer – you are going to pay too much.

As it turns out – this information has not put anyone out of business. A consumer who is knowledgeable is confident buyer.
